Market Probe, a global marketing research firm rated Hyundai Motor America No. 1 in customer advocacy in their 2013 Customer Advocacy Monitor. This is a national consumer survey of 6,000 households, which evaluates customer advocacy in six major industry areas; auto-manufacturers, banks, investment companies, credit card companies, casual dining chains and major retailers, according to Hyundai's press release. The survey asks customers to think about and evaluate their recent customer experiences and rate their impact on Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score and Advocacy.
"Hyundai is being recognized for the powerful emotional connections they continue to generate with their customers," said Market Probe President & CEO TR Rao in the press release. "Hyundai Advocates demonstrate higher brand loyalty than non-advocates. They also talk both positively and frequently about their vehicles to others, and are key to recruiting new customers. Hyundai's commitment to customer service and their impressive range of products make them an industry-leader in customer advocacy."

Meet Our Burlington Hyundai Service Team
When you walk into the Burlington Hyundai Service Department, you'll be greeted by one of these friendly and knowledgeable women, who are here to help you with your service needs and questions!
Our Hyundai Service Manager Kate Poole is a woman of many hobbies; she loves snowboarding, salt water fishing, cooking, hiking (especially with her dog, Moose!), playing softball and watching football. Of course, Kate loves servicing cars! “I like the constant learning from an always-changing industry. It seems almost every day I find out something new about how to fix a car, whether it be new or old,” she says.
Patti Bowdy, our Hyundai Service Advisor was born in Tampa, Fla., but moved to Vermont in ’97. She’s always been a car enthusiast, spending lots of her free time enjoying car shows in the summer. Patti has two puppies, and will soon be (if not already!) a new mom to a baby boy
A Connecticut native, Sheryl enjoys snowboarding and loves dirt bikes; hers is her favorite possession! A vegetarian, Sheryl’s favorite food is mac n’ cheese and she loves a good meal either at home or at the Windjammer. If she could travel anywhere in the world it would be to Europe, but for now she’s happy at her favorite Vermont destination, Mount Mansfield. Sheryl’s the newest addition to our service team but she already loves working at Burlington Hyundai because of the great staff! Come see our Service Advisor Assistant Sheryl today!

2013 Hyundai Elantra Earns IIHS Top Safety Pick+ Award
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety recently awarded the 2013 Hyundai Elantra with an IIHS Top Safety Pick+ accolade; their highest safety rating. The Elantra was only one of six small cars to receive the honor! Other awarded Hyundai vehicles were the 2013 Sonata, Azera, Equus, Genesis, Tucson and Santa Fe, which all earned IIHS's Top Safety Pick.
The 2013 Elantra has six airbags, a state-of-the-art braking package (which has Brake Assist, technology that provides maximum braking force when a panic stop is detected).
"To keep drivers as safe as possible, Elantra, the 2012 North American Car of the Year, has a suite of active and passive safety features. Its Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) system optimally manages the ESC (Electronic Stability Control) and the Motor-Driven electric Power Steering (MDPS) to help maintain vehicle control," wrote Hyundai in the press release.

Burlington Subaru Hyundai Dog Days Have Arrived!
We are pawsitively excited to invite you and your pooch to unleash and join us for Burlington Subaru Hyundai Dog Days!
Starting this month, we'll be going to dog parks in and around the Burlington area. "Like" Burlington Subaru and Burlington Hyundai on Facebook and follow us on Twitter at @BTVsubaru and @BTVhyundai to find out which parks we will be going to and when we will be there!
We will be giving away collapsible water bowls (pictured with one of our spokesmodel pups on the right), pet waste bag dispensers, tennis balls for free at our events. And we'll also be awarding a $200 gift card (that you can use on service, parts, anything!) to Burlington Subaru Hyundai to the photo contest winner:
