Hyundai Blue Link Honored as Best Car Tech at CES by TechRadar

At this year's International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) TechRadar recognized Hyundai's Blue Link technology as the "Best Car Tech". Blue Link was looked it alongside other new vehicle technologies that were debuted at the show.

Hyundai Blue Link Smartwatch AppThe new Blue Link Smartwatch app debuted at this year's show, showcasing amazing new technology features that allow Hyundai owners to connect to their vehicle using a Smartwatch app. The app includes features such as a remote starter, service information, car finder and more (see below for full list of included features).

The app will work on first- and next-generation Blue Link-equipped Hyundai models; first-generation models include the 2012-2013 Sonata, and next-generation models include the 2015 Genesis, Sonata and Azera.

Blue Link Smartwatch features include (and all are voice activated):
  • Remote Engine Start
  • Remote Engine Stop (available when vehicle is in remote engine start mode)
  • Remote Door Lock / Unlock
  • Remote Flash Lights / Honk Horn
  • Car Finder
  • Call Roadside
  • Call Blue Link
