Hyundai to Bring Android to Cars

Hyundai is making Android Auto available to drivers, bringing in features directly to Hyundai vehicles through Hyundai's touchscreen Audio Video Navigation (AVN) systems. Android Audio will be available in selection Hyundai models starting in the 2015 model year, according to the Hyundai press release.

Android Auto will give drivers the ability to have their phone experience up their vehicle's in-dash display. It gives access to apps and service, which have been designed to function via voice control as well as glanceable controls.

2015 Hyundai Sonata Awarded Top Safety Pick+ Accolade by IIHS

The 2015 Hyundai Sonata was awarded with the Insurance Institute of Highway Safety's (IIHS) highest honor, a Top Safety Pick+ accolade. This means that the 2015 Sonata is one of the safest vehicles on the road today. The new Sonata receives this award when equipped with its optional Forward Collision Warning.

The 2015 Sonata has a slew of safety features including Forward Collision Warning, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, a Lane Departure Warning System and rear parking sensors. The 2015 Hyundai Genesis was also awarded the top honor by the IIHS.
